nanila: little and wicked (mizuno: lil naughty)

On the way into London this Monday morning, I had the opportunity to spend a lot of time looking out the window at the scenery. This is because the bloke & I had to drive in from Cambridge with a load of experimental kit, and because it took us 1.5 hours to get from Walthamstow to Holborn. (Never. Again.)

Anyway, while I was gazing fondly at the streets of Dalston, I noticed a sticker on a blank wall of a cartoon character with a brown face and a pointy, shocking red hairdo. Several blocks later, I noticed another, this time in shades of yellow. I made a quick sketch (below) to illustrate them, as I didn't have my camera with me.

I was wondering if any London flaneurs know the identity of the street artist responsible for these? Is this a new person making his/her mark with this colourful character? The stickers looked pretty bright and fresh.
